About Etown Grace Church
Etown Grace Church is part of the Charis Fellowship of Churches, which was formerly known as Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. You will find our Statement of Faith on this website on the "What We Believe" page.
Etown Grace Church started in 1966. Pastor Warren Tamkin was called to be the first pastor in 1967 and the first church building was built. Other pastors who followed were Pastor Mick Rockafellow 1978-1985; Pastor Dan Eshleman 1986-2001 and Pastor Jeffrey Hoffard 2002-2019. Pastor Dick Battis served as a Youth Pastor. Pastor Tim Placeway served as an Assistant Pastor with youth and music. Pastor Matt Vosberg and Pastor Patrick Black served as Youth Pastors.
Dr Rick A. Clark began his ministry as the Lead Pastor on October 1, 2019. In February of 2021, Pastor Bryan Hoover, graduate of Lancaster Bible College, began working with our worship and Youth Group as an Assistant Pastor.
